In Jeremy's own words, "the acoustics are unusual for a Yidaki as they are open, full, rich and bright, more typical of a didjeridu and popular with 'western ears.' The key is D with horntone in F. The mouthpiece has a small amount of sugarbag beeswax. The weight is 3kg and the length is 144cm. The artwork is beautiful ochres, with a lovely thick texture. It is a lovely instrument, very good to teach the finer points of pressure control."
